Prior to booking an appointment, I offer a complimentary 20-minute telephone conversation to assess how I can best assist you.
Payment
Payment for sessions is an essential part of our engagement.
- Fees are invoiced in advance, and HypnobyEmma.com reserves the right to cancel pre-booked sessions if full payment has not been made.
- Payment is invoiced and must be completed at least 48 hours before the session commences.
- I accept payment via PayPal, bank transfer, or other direct transfer methods 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Commitments and Integrity
I am committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I will inform you if, at any point, I believe my involvement is unlikely to have a positive impact on your life or if we can no longer work together. I expect you to honour any commitments and promises made during our sessions, including completing assigned tasks.
Availability
You may contact me outside of our scheduled sessions via WhatsApp or email. Staying in touch via email to update me on your progress and share relevant information for our sessions is encouraged. I will make every effort to respond to messages within 24 hours, barring reasonable exceptions. I will inform you if I am unavailable for an extended period, such as during a vacation.
Cancellations
It is essential for the benefit of both you and my other clients to maintain our scheduled appointments. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the full session fee being charged. If you are delayed for an appointment, please notify me via WhatsApp at (0034)641539426.
Important Note
Please be aware that the effects of therapy may vary from client to client. No therapy can guarantee a 100% cure. All clients are required to complete a questionnaire form before undergoing hypnotherapy, which may include disclosing certain medical information. While clinical hypnotherapy is generally safe, if you are epileptic or under psychiatric treatment, it is advisable to obtain a letter from your medical practitioner confirming your suitability for hypnotherapy.
