Hey, I’m Emma.

I offer support for pet loss & anticipatory grief, when you are struggling to cope and don’t know where to turn. I’m a trained clinical hypnotherapist with a diploma in Pet Loss Counselling and can offer a compassionate space for you to work through your emotions.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, this will help.

A free guided session with 3 simple techniques to help you calm overwhelming thoughts and feel more in control.

Takes less than 2 minutes. Instant access. Created by a qualified clinical hypnotherapist specialising in pet loss.

How we can work together.

If you’re here, you may be grieving the loss of a pet, or living with the knowledge that a loss is coming. Pet loss can turn your world upside down. It’s not just sadness. It can affect your sleep, your nervous system, your ability to concentrate, and how steady you feel from one day to the next. When pet bereavement is minimised or misunderstood, it can leave you feeling isolated at a time when you most need support.

I work with you if you’re struggling after the loss of a pet, or if you’re finding anticipatory grief overwhelming. Anxiety, guilt, intrusive thoughts, exhaustion, low mood and feeling stuck are all common responses to pet bereavement, and none of them mean you’re doing this wrong.

My work is grounded in professional training and clinical experience. I use evidence-based strategies and, where appropriate, gentle hypnotherapy to help calm the nervous system and give you practical tools to move through grief and deal with the emotions that come up.

Pet Loss Guide – Loving and Losing a Pet

If you prefer to work at your own pace, you can start with my pet loss guide. It’s designed to help you understand your grief, make sense of the emotional and physical responses you may be experiencing, and gently support you through pet bereavement and anticipatory grief.

This guide blends emotional support with practical steps, helping you move through each stage of loss.

Personalized One-to-One Support Sessions

If you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unable to process what’s happening, you don’t have to go through this on your own.

These support sessions are a safe space for you to talk openly about your loss and what you’re struggling with, and to learn practical tools to help you cope.

Before making any commitment, I offer a free initial consultation so we can get to know each other.

A little about me…

This work is personal to me. I’ve experienced pet loss myself and have spent much of my life around animals, including rescue animals. I was drawn to this work because I saw how little support there is for people dealing with pet loss and anticipatory grief, and how deeply that lack of understanding can affect recovery.

I work online, offering a calm, compassionate space where your grief and your relationship with your pet are taken seriously.

“You understood my issue and made me feel safe.”

I now have a new found confidence. Your knowledge, expertise and professionalism, along with your kindness and soothing voice has made our sessions a joy.
